After the bodies are counted and  removed, then justice delivered. The time to decide what to do with NYC and the rumble strewn financial district will have arrived.

I believe a Memorial should be built.

A Memorial to pay tribute to the Firefighters and Rescue workers who have given their lives in service of strangers. A Memorial that would also stand as a symbol to the world about the strength and resolve of the American people. A Memorial that proves to the world that we will not bow to acts of cowardice. A Memorial that is just as much a symbol and icon to the world as the buildings that were destroyed. A Memorial that leaves no doubt to the intentions of American. I happen think that a memorial of this scale would have to be an office building, to pay tribute to the thousands of office workers who where a part of this tragedy.

And of course, it should look like we're flipping the bird to the bastards that did this.
